Terms of the "Malinowy Raj" program
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE "Malinowy Raj" PROGRAM
"Raspberry Paradise" is the program of Raspberry SPA Ltd. based in Solec - Zdrój 28-131, ul. Leśna 7. The "Malinowy Raj" program (hereinafter "the Program") is intended for mature individual guests who use the services of Raspberry Hotel Medical Spa and operates under the provisions of these regulations. The Bronze, Silver and Gold Cards hereinafter the Program Cards entitle the holders to benefit from the privileges described below while staying at the hotel Malinowy Zdrój and Malinowy Dwór and with the purchase of the balneocosmetics in the aforementioned hotels and the online store www.balneokosmetyki.pl. Raspberry SPA Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the Program, modify the Program in the whole or in part at any time or replace it with another program. In this case, card holders will be notified of the new conditions by mail (electronic or traditional) to the address given at the reception. Current rules of the Program can be found at www.malinowehotele.pl. Under the program, cardholders will receive information about promotions, special offers and other important corporate events. This information will be sent by electronic mail (e-mail), text messages or post.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE CARDS
Program cards are issued by Malinowe Hotele Ltd. and give the opportunity to participate in the program. The card is personal with the printed name of the holder, card number and card name. Card is issued in perpetuity. The cards are the property of Malinowe Hotele Ltd. and you cannot sell them, nor depart or assign the rights of the card to a third party. The card is not a credit card within the meaning Art. of 4 sec. of 1 pt 4 of the Banking Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2002, No 72, pos. 665, as amended.). The Bronze, Silver and Gold Cards are the property of Raspberry SPA Ltd. and in justified cases, the company may dismiss their validity.
To become a Bronze Card holder, the value realized in Malinowe Hotele transactions per one individual must be of a minimum of 5 000 PLN.
To become a Silver Card holder, the value realized in Malinowe Hotele transactions per one individual must be of a minimum of 15 000 PLN.
To become a Gold Card holder, the value realized in Malinowe Hotele transactions per one individual must be of a minimum of 25 000 PLN.
If, during one of their visits, program participants exceed the threshold of the realized transactions – they will receive the appropriate card at the check-out or the card will be sent to the address indicated in the check-in books. The discounts arising from there shall not commence until the next stay in one of the selected hotels of the program. Malinowe Hotele Ltd. reserves the right to refuse and not to issue the Program Card to a person who blatantly violated the rules of the "Malinowy Raj" program or the internal regulations of any of the hotels under the program.

3. THE BENEFITS OF BEING A CARD HOLDER:
Program participants receive discounts on accommodation, catering and other services and products sold and delivered in Raspberry Hotels and on the purchase of balneocosmetics. To use the price discounts one should inform that they are the owner of the Program Card and show the right card:
a. At the reception desk while the check-in and the final settlement of the reservation.
b. While ordering meals in the hotel restaurant, café, etc..
c. In the Music / Night Club
d. At the reception of Rehabilitation/ Physiotherapy Centre.
e. At the Spa & Wellness centre / beauty salon.
f. Enter the coupon number when purchasing balneocosmetics on www.balneokosmetyki.pl
In addition, cardholders have the option, depending on your card, to use:
• priority when making reservations in Raspberry Hotels Medical SPA,
• welcome drink on arrival,
• bottle of wine in the room on arrival - this concerns the Gold Card holders,
• admission to the closed event, reserved just for the Raspberry Paradise program participants
• keeping the reservation till. 12:00 the next day,
• late check-out, until 4 pm, after prior arrangement with the reception desk,
• and many others, according to the offer of the hotel,
• participate in a prize drawing - applies to the Gold Card holders.
Discounts are not cumulative with other discounts and special offers of hotels. The discount given to the card holder cannot be combined with other discounts. It does not apply in the case of occasional events organized at the special offers by the hotel. The discount is also not valid in case of using group stays and individual discounted prices.
3.1. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRICE
Basic Price - the standard prices contained in the currently applicable hotel price lists. Special offers / e.g. therapeutic packages - stay of min. 14 days / are not considered as a basic price and cannot be regarded as a basic price from which discounts are calculated for holding the Program Card. The discount for card holding is not provided for above mentioned offers.
3.2. DISCOUNT ON ACCOMMODATION
Brown card holder receives a discount on the services provided in the Raspberry Hotels of up to 5% from the basic current prices at the Raspberry Hotels.
Silver card holder receives a discount on the services provided in the Raspberry Hotels of up to 10% from the basic current prices at the Raspberry Hotels.
Gold card holder receives a discount on the services provided in the Raspberry Hotels of up to 20% from the basic current prices at the Raspberry Hotels.
The discount applies only to the room where the card holder stays, and as for families with children, the discount applies also to the room for children under 16 staying in a separate room.
3.3. FOOD DISCOUNTS
Program participants receive a discount on catering in the Raspberry Hotels of:
• 5% of the bill value for the Bronze card holders
• 10% of the bill value for the Silver card holders
• 20% of the bill value for the Gold card holders
The discount applies only to those staying in the room where the card holder stays, and as for families with children, the discount applies to children staying in a separate room. Only one card is accepted at one table. To use the dining discount the card must be presented before placing your order, or transfer (in case of card holders who are staying in the hotel) a payment on the account of the occupied room and the discount will be acknowledged during the final settlement for all services.
3.4. DISCOUNTS FOR COSMETIC AND THERAPEUTIC TREATMENTS
Program participants receive a discount on the treatments offered at Spa & Wellness Centres / beauty salon and Rehabilitation Centres of the Raspberry Hotels of:
• 5% of the bill value for the Bronze card holders
• 10% of the bill value for the Silver card holders
• 20% of the bill value for the Gold card holders
The discount applies only to those staying in the room where the card holder stays, and as for the families with children, the discount applies to children under 16 staying in a separate room. To use the discount, the card must be presented prior to purchase, or transfer (in case of card holders who are staying in the hotel) a payment on the account of the occupied room and the discount will be acknowledged during the final settlement for all services.
4. THE POSSIBILITY TO LEAVE THE ROOM LATER
All the Silver or Gold card holders have the opportunity to stay in a hotel room until 4 pm on the departure day, provided they inform the reception in advance. This offer may be limited due to availability of rooms.
5. CARD LOSS
Each case of losing, theft, or any other case of card loss should be reported to the Marketing Department of the Malinowy Zdrój or Malinowy Dwór Hotels. Upon notification, a new personal card will be issued.
6. CARD RETURN
Each guest can return the Silver or Gold card. Return of the card means the resignation from participation in the Program.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
Joining the Program and using the Program Cards mean accepting the Rules by the card holder. The card holder agrees that Malinowe Hotele Ltd. stores in a computer database information concerning the cards used by their holders. These data can be used for marketing and promotional purposes. Malinowe Hotele Ltd. does not sell, trade, or rent this information to companies which are not directly related to the Program. The law applicable to the implementation of this agreement is only the Polish law. Regulations come into force on February 1, 2012.
