Our region is called the Biking Land or even the Biking Paradise. These perfectly prepared and profiled one-way cycling paths, which go through picturesque forests on the Polish and on the Czech side of the Jizera Mountains, start 300 m from the Malinowy Dwór hotel. There are various difficulty levels of the routes so everyone should find a path for their liking.
The Jizera Mountains offer a possibility of going on a cycling trip in the higher parts of the mountains, even up to 1100 m a.s.l. A range of well-maintained gravel roads as well as asphalt roads and paths make it possible to get to know this part of the Sudetes inside out. A great facilitation is a possibility of getting your bike on a gondola lift to Stóg Izerski and starting your trip from that peak. Road cyclists can find many, more or less demanding, uphill roads in the vicinity of Świeradów-Zdrój. The highest ones end at the height of more than 1000 m a.s.l.

DOWNHILL SKIING is primarily the Ski & Sun resort with the most modern gondola lift in Poland, which has one of the two longest lighted downhill tracks in Poland (2,500 m).
CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING is a sport for everyone, involving all muscle groups and cardiovascular system. The Jizera Mountains with snow cover, often 6 months in a year, have the best network of cross-country skiing trails in Poland.
